The benefits of yoga for couples can’t be underestimated. Yoga is known to be beneficial for the body, mind, and soul. Whether you’re married or single, you can enjoy the benefits of this powerful activity. It helps you develop intimacy and strengthens bonds with your partner, as well as bringing physical and emotional benefits. This form of exercise is very easy to learn and requires very little equipment.
In our yoga session, we will spend approximately 40 minutes practicing asanas (stretching/movement/poses), 5 minutes in meditation and pranayama (breathwork) and 10 minutes in savasana (rest/integration).
