As you incorporate essential oils into your life and your yoga practice, you will get to know the way they work with your body and mind. You will come to learn and sense which oils can help you calm, energize and lift mood, take in your deepest breath, and connect you with your innermost thoughts. Essential oils can bring you back to the present moment, accelerate relaxation, help reduce stress and thus support a healthy immune system.
