Would you prefer to experience yoga 1 to 1 or with your spouse or friend and an instructor? At 7 Tree we offer all of these options.
In your one to one class, I will ensure that each new pose you try is ideal for you, as each pose and sequence will be crafted exactly for your individual needs and goals. There’s no pressure in a private class, it will always progress in line with you. In our yoga session, we will spend approximately 40 minutes practicing asanas (stretching/movement/poses), 5 minutes in meditation and pranayama (breathwork) and 10 minutes in savasana (rest/integration).
Each yoga pose has been developed over hundreds of years and should be practiced in the correct way to ensure balance and alignment. Yoga is a beautiful practice that is sure to enhance your life in so many ways.
